Established in 2007, The Shanahan Group has been a consistently strong and influential leader in the local real estate market. Our company is driven by two women, Nan Shanahan and Karen Shanahan Garrett, who have deep professional and personal roots in the local area. Together, they operate a successful and strong brokerage, play an active leadership role in the community, and are always an advocate for the consumer.
Our Leadership Team
At The Shanahan Group, we believe in supporting our agents in their success with an experienced team of professionals. Our Leadership Team is always available locally for whatever our agents need, from training to client service needs. In addition to Karen and Nan, our Leadership Team also includes Lulu Coakley as our Business Operations Manager and Clay Tappan as our Business Development Manager.
