A new division of The Shanahan Group established in 2019 as an extension of our core services and focused on corporate and relocation clients 

The division is organized with a Business Development Manager and Client Services Manager, both with extensive personal and professional relocation experience.

All HOMECOMING agents are trained using our custom internal program and have established track records for exceptional customer service.

• All HOMECOMING agents will complete a mandatory and custom training program, to ensure high service levels and consistency of client experience.

• HOMECOMING clients will experience a high-touch, concierge level of service for all of their real estate needs, from neighborhood tours, school information, and resources necessary in acclimating to their new community
