Paula Sughrue was great to work with in selling a home in Winchester. I am an attorney with an extensive real estate practice and have dealt with many real estate brokers. After working with Paula, I would strongly recommend her to anyone selling (or buying) a home in the area. In this case, I was the Personal Representative of an Estate and the home was quite a distance from my work and home. Paula met me at times that were convenient for me. Furthermore, she handled the entire process professionally and in a very timely manner. In all honesty, this was one of the smoothest transactions due to her guidance and assistance. She definitely knew the market and I feel that she was able to secure the best price and terms. She took care of the smoke/co (including hiring an electrician), final readings, and even with the clean-out of the house. Paula gets my highest ranking.

Paula was just a dream to work with. She took care of everything for me, and did it all cheerfully and impeccably. She got people to clear out the apartment, to clean it, and to stage it. She suggested a listing price that was higher than I had expected, and it turned out to be the right price. She made sure that I knew about the few things that I would have to do (like terminating the utilities), and when I would have to do them. She also let me know what to expect from the P&S and the closing, so I didn't have to worry that I was forgetting something. The whole experience was just a breeze.

Paula Russo Sughure was terrific. She knows the market very well, and had great ideas about marketing our house. She was very effective at ensuring that our house attraced a lot of interest among buyers. Additionally, she was great at representing us in the negotiations and back-and-forth with buyer's agent over price and other matters that inevitably arise when homes are bought and sold. I would recommend Paula enthusiastically to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
