We have been working with Dara for several home purchases and one home sale. She has been amazing to work with. For our home sale: Dara recommended a time of year to optimize our profits and suggested a price to get more interested parties to see the home. We ended up with 23 offers and 20% above our asking price. She made great recommendations to stage the home and arranged for very beautiful photos to showcase the key qualities of the house. With our home purchases, Dara has a keen ability to know what you want even before you know what you want. After a few appointments, she knew what we would like and would go to broker open houses and recommend places for us to see. This was an incredible time saver, especially for two working parents. She also would make it a priority to get us into appointments as quickly as possible which is necessary in this fast paced market. This is just one example of how she puts her clients needs at the top of her list. Dara is also very detailed oriented and on top of all things necessary for your closing. You won't know you need this until you are knee deep in closing documents. Dara made looking for and buying a home in this incredibly competitive market as smooth and easy as possible. She's extremely good about communicating, and is always there to answer any questions about the process, particular houses on the market, neighborhood recommendations, etc. While she's happy to share her thoughts on specific properties and her professional recommendations in terms of drafting offers, she is never pushy and was fully supportive of whatever decision we made. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I can't recommend her enough!

Dara is awesome. She helped us understsnd the purchasing process, form the offer strategies and close the house ahead of time! She is super responsive and always got back to us with clear answers within a couple of hours (even late in the night and weekends). She understands the market really well and has a strong network with loan agents, lawyers, movers and et al. Highly recommend her!
