We had a terrific experience working with Lynne Russo and Julie Gustafson in the Spring of 2026 to sell our Winchester home. They were incredibly helpful, proactive, and organized throughout the entire process. After an informed, data-driven discussion on setting a listing price, our home sold in 8 days. Although we didn’t have a lot of offers, we were very pleased with the selling price. Having lived in our home for over 34 years, prepping it for sale was a daunting task. Julie and Lynne guided us every step of the way, providing timelines and excellent contractor referrals for projects. We were fully committed to keeping items out of landfills, and they were instrumental in recommending resources—and even providing hands-on help—to clear out decades of home contents sustainably. We have known Lynne for ever. She is a very close friend and it was really important to us to work with someone we trust and who knows us. I have to say, as a close friend, it was also really impressive to see her professional side - she is thorough, specific, in tune with what we wanted and patient! So, so patient - we might be the pickiest clients she's ever worked with. I couldn't recommend Lynne highly enough - she's next level on EVERY level there is.
