Lynne explained the whole house sale process to us and was with us every step of the way—helping us figure out how and when to clear things out and start packing, get some painting and sprucing up done, schedule landscaping, etc. Lynne also recommended some great folks to us to help us declutter and to get the house perfectly staged. Her expertise helped make a stressful process much more manageable. She always made herself available to answer any questions that came up (even when away in a trip!) and to convey important information to us in a timely manner. Thanks to her guidance and help, our house looked its absolute best when photos were taken and the showings started. We were in expert hands and got a very good outcome, for which we are thankful. But now that we’re on the other side, what stands out most are her caring nature, attention to detail, and willingness to help us with anything and everything that came up.
