Lynne was amazing! She exhibited patience with my endless questions as a first-time home seller and worked hard to help stage my home and to have showings and open houses during the first (and only) week my home was on the market. Her expertise and hard work paid off as I was able to sell my home for higher than expected. She even talked me down when it looked like the deal might not go through. She definitely went above and beyond. I really enjoyed working with her and I definitely recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Recently Lynne Russo helped my husband and I purchase a home north of Boston. My wife and I just bought a house in MA with the help of Lynne Russo from the Shanahan Group. After I retired from the military a few years ago, my wife and I moved back to MA with our four children. We initially rented while looking for a home to buy, but found it challenging to both find a house that fit our family and to win a competitive bidding process. Though we’ve purchased and sold different homes in different states over the last 20+ years, this experience was somewhat unique and presented some atypical challenges for a number of reasons ranging from the increased buyer demand that challenged service providers to other exogenous influences beyond the buyside’s control. Despite our experience with buying homes, which helped to desensitize us to anomalous circumstances, there remained peculiarities in the current market environment that adversely affected many of our contracted service-providers and which exacerbated issues beyond what is customary in an already arduous and heavily regulated process. However, there was one exception that consistently delivered unprecedented care, attention, professionalism and engagement throughout. That exception was Lynne Russo, who made what could have been a miserable experience more comforting, irrational situations more bearable, and ambiguity more defined, all with the dignity, grace, understanding, and empathy of a true and seasoned professional. So, our sincerest appreciation goes out to Lynne Russo from the Shanahan Group for overcoming all the hurdles throughout this process so that we could purchase a new home for our family.
