Why Work With The Shanahan Group?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
My partner and I had a wonderful time working with Dara at Better Homes & Gardens, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent. We worked with Dara over a period of about 6 months as we searched for our perfect, first home purchase in Cambridge. From the beginning, it was clear that Dara was invested in getting to know us and really understanding -- and helping us figure out -- what we were looking for. We appreciated that her approach was never pushy, and she really listened to our feedback on each home we visited, using it to improve our search from there. When we did find our perfect home, Dara was incredibly effective at helping us craft a strong offer that was ultimately accepted! We couldn't be happier with how our search went, and credit so much of this to Dara. We certainly will (and already have!) recommended her to friends.

Dara is exceptional. We were very happy with her as buyers, and she's even better now, nearly a decade later, doing excellent work to sell our home.

Dara was amazing to work with, from start to finish of our home buying process. Me and my wife Kayla were first time home buyers, and naturally didn't have any experience doing this before, so we relied on Dara heavily to answer questions for us and guide us through the experience. She always took the time to answer our questions, and give us the details we needed to feel comfortable each step of the way. Most importantly, given the market in these times, we felt a need to be patient to make sure we found the right house, which ended up being a 3 year timeline! Throughout this entire time period, Dara never pressured us once and was always there to give us the right advice on how to proceed. Additionally, when we found the right home, she managed negotiations well and helped us get the house we wanted!
I'd strongly recommend Dara for anyone to work with!

We met Dara after a seller's agent from her office referred her to us to act as our buyer's agent. We ended up clicking with Dara and she helped us to find our home in Lexington. She had to manage a difficult seller's agent in our purchase and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We obviously chose her to also act as our seller's agent and she completely nailed the timing, listing price, and market - we ended up with an amazing offer. We are beyond grateful to Dara for all the hard work she put in for us, for acting as our agent, friend, and sometimes even a therapist! We cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend her - she is amazing!!...
